A . We provide Service 24 hours a day, we do not want you to be uncomfortable any longer than necessary.
Q. Do you charge additional fees after a certain time of day, or weekends?
A. We Do Not Charge any addlttonal fees for emergency service at any specific time or on weekends . With the exception of Christmas and New Years.
Q. Do you charge for estimates?
A. We give Free Estimates on new Equipment. For repair service, we do charge a Service Call fee, which includes the trip charge as well as the diagnostic fee.

A. We service most makes and models.

A. We do service both hot water and low pressure steam boilers.

A. Yes we are accredited with the BBB with a A+ rating.
Q. What brands of heating and air conditioning equipment do you sell?
A. We are authorized Rheem and Goodman Dealer, we offer a full line of products including Furnace, Air Conditioners, Boilers, Mini split ductless air conditioners, and heat pumps to meet most budgetary needs.
Q. Do you offer extended Parts and labor warranty's?
A. Yes on specific equipment we offer up to 10 years Parts and Labor warranty's
Q. Is there a way to cool my house if I don't have any duct work?
A. Yes there are several options such as the conventional air handler system where we would install a ducting system, as well as mini split ductless single and multi room air conditioning and heat pump systems.
Q. If I have an R22 air conditioner can it still be repaired if there is a refrigerant leak, I heard R22 is banned. Is this true?
A. Yes an R22 A.C. system can be repaired and recharged. The government is phasing out R22 Refrigerant, but there are currently several drop in replacements for R22 , the new A.C. systems are currently using a R41 OA refrigerant, a ozone fr iendly class of refrigerant.
Q. What types of furnace and air conditioning equipment qualify for federal tax credits or energy rebates?

A. There are multiple factors that go into sizing the heating and cooling needs for your home.
